2010 American Coach American Heritage 45BT, 2010 American Heritage 45BT Please watch our YouTube Video! This is not your average 2010 American Heritage... It current condition is better than new. This bus has been owned by one couple since it had 6,000 miles on the odometer, which now shows about 120k. In the rear of its K3 chassis, we have the legendary 15.0L 650 ISX Cummins. This particular engine, is a 2018 revised ISX. This American Heritage has a later model revised ISX motor that only has 30k miles on it. While we are on the topic of the chassis, this bus has new shocks all around the coach, as well as new front air bags. The rears were bought, and actually returned based upon a very reputable shop's insistence that the rear air bags were in excellent shape and did not need to be replaced. The chassis is worth noting of course..... Underneath it has a Spartan K3, which is a great chassis to start with. Its a soft and steady feeling chassis on the road. The tires are Michelins which were installed in 2020. The date codes are late 2019. All of the rubber seals and the tires were properly coated with Aerospace 303. While this bus isn't absolutely perfect, the details have been thought of in a meaningful way. The front tires have the Tryon system, which allows the front tires to have control in the case of a front tire blow out. There is also a tire monitoring system that is tied into the Silverleaf system. Speaking of which, there are 2 screens in the cockpit which can both peer into the camera system. This allows you to have a separate screen for phone calls, radio needs. You can also have the Silverleaf system showing your tire pressures and other important information on the other screen. Interior tiling is heated, the carpet in the bedroom was regularly professionally cleaned and is in great shape. The tiling in the shower is fantastic too. There is an upgraded TV on an electric mount hidden behind the passenger side couch. Pretty much looks factory and is a nice upgrade in addition to the electric chairs sitting on the driver side of the bus. This bus has the aqua hot system with a HI & Low electric heating feature, this option can provide significant hot water and should allow most people to avoid burning any diesel at all. However if you'd like, flick on the diesel burner and enjoy unlimited hot water in the shower. This system will also draw heat from the engine to give you hot water and furnace heat just by driving. The interior TVs have been updated, and in addition the bus has received Sonos sound bars for both the front TV system and the master suite's. If you haven't experienced these speakers before, they are quite phenomenal and not cheap! Random things I can think of the moment that I think are important to know: There are 2 magnum inverters. As well as 5 fresh 8D Lifeline AGM batteries. All interior lights have been upgraded to high end LED light bulbs, which still retain a nice amount of warmth in them. The bus has a 4 point
